THE PROJECT
This net zero carbon development comprises six outstanding high-performance custom build homes in one of Bath’s most popular neighbourhoods. The developers Cox’s Quarry Homes Ltd (a Kiss House Limited SPV) have an option for the freehold of the site which will be exercised on final Reserved Matters Planning Approval, which is due imminently.

PLANNING PERMISSION
Part of the site has been developed previously and there are a number of existing buildings that will be removed. Full planning consent has been granted & all pre-commencement conditions, bar one in progress, have been cleared. In addition, all customisation options for Custom Build have been approved.
